Due to the custom made nature of our products, we are not accepting returns.

NO REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing our services. Please be advised that all payments for treatments are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a treatment is booked and paid for, it is considered a commitment to the time and resources reserved specifically for your care.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that schedules may change, and we are happy to offer a one-time rescheduling option if you’re unable to attend at your originally scheduled time. Please contact us at least 48 hrs in advance to reschedule, and we will help you find an alternative appointment.

BUCCAL MASSSAGE POLICY

Please note that our Buccal massage treatment is only available as an add-on to a facial service and cannot be booked as a standalone service.
